A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Video Tour

Watch the video above of Today Show correspondent Jenna Wolfe’s segment about Tony Muia and his “A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour” and you might never call Domino’s again. Not only do you sample the best pizza in the city, but you also get treated to an insider’s history of New York’s most beloved borough. One tour-goer left the comment:

If you can only do one tour when you visit NYC, this is THE ONE to do!! We went on this tour last July and we absolutely loved it!! Tony is the best! L&B Spumoni Sicilian Pizza was the most delicious pie we’ve ever tasted! Too bad they don’t ship them out to California.

The Y is thrilled to team up with Tony for a special tour in May.

After us “Brooklynites” being ridiculed by Dominos about our “Beloved Brooklyn Accent”,I am very glad that the Today Show made this show about the truthfulness of what a “Brooklyn Pizza is!”...I just hope that NO ONE EVER BUYS another slice of FAKE BRKLYN DOMINO’S PIZZA..DOMINO’S MARKETING DIVISION MADE A HUGE MISTAKE,NOT ONLY BY MAKING FUN OF OUR BROOKLYN ACCENTS BUT BY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT..THERE IS NOT WAY THEIR BRKLYN PIZZA TASTE LIKE OURS IN BROOKLYN.We all have other pizza places to go too besides Domino’s if we’re not living in Brooklyn. The fact that Brooklynites even allowed Dominos to a fair share of the market and actually did business with them and their pizzas, show how tolerant and accepting we are of any persons background. We are Fine people in Brooklyn. We are Proud of where we were raised. Just like others throughout the USA who are proud of their heritage wouldn’t like anyone to make fun at their accents,we woouldn’t make fun of theirs. We have our way of speaking just like others throughout our Great Country. I have lived in other parts of the USA and I have enjoyed hearing others accents and they loved hearing mine...But I would NEVER EVER say “Ya’ll shouldn’t be said that way and that’s its annoying. I respect everyones accent.Brooklyn is a melting pot and we respect each others ways.I can go on and on but I do hope that Domino’s doesn’t make another red cent from us Brooklynites or anyone else that feels the same way its not just exclusive to us Brooklynites I wonder what they really think of others accents!....
