In his most recent book, Moyers on Democracy, veteran journalist Bill Moyers (Bill Moyers Journal on PBS) asserts America’s need to reconnect with its constitutional ideals and history of reform in preparation for the 2008 presidential election race. On June 10, he sat down with Phil Donahue at the Y to talk about Democracy, with a capital D. In the clip above, Moyers focuses on President Lyndon Johnson's Great Society and shares his thoughts on the current administration.
