92Y How To: Create a Scale of Values


Last week we introduced you to our new How To Video Series with a how-to play first position on guitar. Today we have the second video in our 92Y How-To Video Series (seen above) featuring faculty member Gamble Staempfli instructing us on how to create a scale of values for painting or drawing.

Staempfli teaches three classes this semester at 92Y, check out more info on his Figure Painting, Keep Painting. and Portrait in Pastel classes, or view all of our Drawing and Painting classes.
