Here’s a late-breaking update to the David Hare event we blogged about this morning: Wallace Shawn will be joining Mr. Hare on stage. 

Shawn is instantly recognized by millions for his film roles, perhaps most famously as the evil Vizzini in The Princess Bride ("Inconceivable!"). He made his film debut in Woody Allen’s Manhattan. But he is also a highly accomplished playwright (My Dinner with Andre, The Fever, The Designated Mourner).

Shawn will introduce Hare Monday night, and following Hare’s reading from Stuff Happens, the two will sit down for an extended interview.
