“The challenge is frightening,” said Sen. Kerry, “but the choices are exciting.”
On Monday night, Senator John Kerry and his wife Teresa Heinz Kerry appeared at the 92nd Street Y to kick-off their book tour for This Moment on Earth: Today’s New Environmentalists and Their Vision for the Future. Before a packed house in Kaufmann Concert Hall got to see Charlie Rose interview the couple, we were privileged to attend a private reception hosted by Suzanne and Jonathan Rosenzweig, who were the underwriters of the Kerry lecture. Several members of the local blogging/media community were invited to join the festivities and they provide ample write-up of the evening.
